At PRS for Music, we know how daunting it can be and we’re determined to make the process as smooth as possible by improving the candidate experience for both internal and external applicants.
Earlier this year we launched our brand new recruitment portal, which is one of a number of changes we’re making to our HR systems as part of our digital journey. The portal is intended to simplify the recruitment process for everyone involved.
As a potential applicant, you can view all of our vacancies in one place and, by providing a few details, make an application online. Going forward, all of your applications, your CV and any supporting documentation will be stored in your profile, making future applications quicker and easier. You will also be able to track the progress of your application via your account as well as book interview slots and be alerted to any future vacancies you may be interested in.
It’s not only applicants themselves who will benefit from the new portal. With a high volume of applications received each month, it will reduce the amount of manual effort involved from our recruitment team which helps them be more pro-active in building talented teams within the company.
